Any reference to "savings" used on this Site indicates the average savings off the "list price". Your actual savings will vary depending upon the goods purchased and the date of the transaction.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR (THE "CUSTOMERS") RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

The following terms and conditions shall apply to all orders by Customer through this web site for the purchase of office supplies, paper products, office furniture, technology equipment and consumables, and related products ("Supplies") from AFT. By accepting delivery of the Supplies, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall apply unless Customer and AFT have signed a separate Agreement covering the purchase of the Supplies in which
case the separate agreement shall govern.

AFT reserves the right to accept or reject orders without assigning reasons.

1. PURCHASE

Upon AFTs acceptance of a Customers order, a firm contract for the purchase and sale of the Supplies will be formed between AFT and Customer, and shall incorporate all the terms set forth herein. These terms and conditions shall not be altered or amended by the use of any document(s). Any attempt to alter this document or to enter an order for Supplies which are subject to additional and/or altered terms and conditions will become null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both parties.

AFT reserves the right to accept or reject orders without assigning reasons.

2. DELIVERY
Orders within Dubai

Al Furqan Trading offers fast deliveries for orders over 200 Dhs within our trade area (Dubai)

Expedited delivery times for each item are based on orders placed before 6.00p.m. Local time, pending
credit approval and product availability.

Purchases done by online payment system delivered only after the confirmation of payment received.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 6.00p.m local time Saturday through Thursday (business
days) will be processed the following business day and will also require additional delivery time.

Deliveries will be made between 8.30 a.m. and 8.30 p.m., Saturday through Thursday. For deliveries outside the local trade area (i.e. Dubai), additional time and additional courier charger will be calculated and notified .

3. CREDIT LIMITS

Credit limits and terms shall be subject at all times to AFTs credit policies, as amended from time to time.

4. RETURNS

Goods once sold will not be returned.

5. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Al Furqan Trading reserves the right to change at any time without notice these terms and conditions.
